The Little Person Lady offers a very wide range of services that largely depend on the individual families unique needs and situations. Services are divided into two main catergories, Phone Consultations (on a national level) or postpartum services for new parents. Below each service is described in more detail. Phone Consultations Focuses on parenting/lifestyle "action plans" as I like to call them. Examples of phone consultations range from minor 15-30 minute consultations on teething, potty training etc, to more complex action plans such as sleep coaching which may require daily contact for an extended period of time. Families may follow up with me at any time! PostPartum Doula This service is primarily for local families living wthin 100 miles of Plymouth, Nh, while in some situations postpartum phone consultations may be appropriate. A Postpartum doula works with new families providing support to the family through physical time in the families home. During the doulas time in the home she may provide infant care so the new parent's can rest, provide domestic support such as laundry and cleaning, cook, grocery shop, walk and care for pets, and provide sibling care so new parent's can bond with their baby. Typically if you need it done, a doula can do it :) |
*Initial phone consultations are free!! Give me a call. Fees: Fees for both phone consultations and postpartum care operate on a sliding scale. Phone consultations are available in the price range of $10-25 for each 20 minutes of consultation. Postpartum care operates on a sliding scale of $15-25 per hour with a minimum of 2 consecutively scheduled hours. Scale pricing is based on income and family expenses. No family will be turned away due to inability to pay so please do not hesitate to call. Typically payment is due prior to phone consultations through personal checks or at the time of service for postpartum care. ~The Little Person Lady offers gift certificates for postpartum care and support and or phone consults.
